【ESC2009】吡格列酮能够抑制急性冠脉综合征患者单核/巨噬细胞炎症活性

西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院袁祖贻研究组在ESC2009报告临床研究文章：免疫炎症的激活在急性冠脉综合征病理机制中发挥关键作用。单核/巨噬细胞与淋巴细胞是参与AS炎症反应与斑块破裂最主要的炎症细胞，其细胞表面表达的CCR2、TLR-4等炎症信号受体与分泌的炎症细胞因子、趋化因子促进AS形成、发展以及斑块破裂。PROactive研究显示抑制血管壁的炎症反应可能是吡咯列酮降低2型糖尿病大血管事件发生率的一个主要原因。西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院心内科研究组对97名急性冠脉综合征受试者进行为期12周的前瞻性、双盲随机观察，同时也对20名健康志愿者和21名非特异性胸痛受试者进行同步对比研究。应用吡咯列酮受试者单核/巨噬细胞炎症活性水平明显降低，同时吡咯列酮降低单核细胞表面CCR2与TLR-4蛋白表达。研究者认为吡格列酮能够抑制急性冠脉综合征患者炎症反应，有助于减少冠脉事件的发生。
